At the time of 1st preview buyer/investor has the right to refuse the contract if the project quality is not satisfactory. In such a case no more amount would be payable by buyer/investor to the hired artist (bidder).

There are no legal actions involved at this moment but the project – buyer/investor and hired artist will be put into a “Trust or not” category on site. The comments of both parties will be posted along so user can make their own mind for any future project involvement or considerations where these two parties apply.

Payment

1. 50% of the agreed bid cost amount will be delivered at the star of the project to hired artist (bidder)



2. Total of the remaining amount will be paid to hired artist (bidder) at the time of shipment/delivery confirmation call.



3. The payments could be made through Western Union in case of offshore location or through online bank accounts in case location is Pakistan. The payment could be made through personal representatives or in person to hired artist (bidder).



4. The shipment cost will be paid according to shipping/delivery plan chosen.
