If parties want yellowfactor representative to overview the project:

Financial aspect:

1. 50% of the bidding amount will be payable to yellowfactor at the start of the project.
2. 25% (half) of the sent amount would be refundable at the time of 2nd preview incase the work quality is not satisfied and buyer/investor wishes to stop the project.
3. The amount could be sent through Western Union, Money Gram, online bank transfer and credit cards.
4. In case of contract refusal as term applies yellowfactor will send back the reaming of 70% amount sent at the start of the project to buyer/investor.
5. yellowfactor will charge both parties 10% of the bid amount which makes 20% of the whole amount. 10% will be cut from buyer/investor and 10% will be cut from artist (bidder).

Managerial aspect:

1. yellowfactor will assign a qualified representative chosen by buyer/Investor to coordinate the project.
2. yellowfactor assigned representative will work as a communicator between two parties. He will be available on phone, MSN, Yahoo or Skype  depending on the nature of the distance.
3. yellowfactor assigned representative will see the previews and provide feed back or make arrangements for buyer/Investor to be able to see previews.
4. yellowfactor representative will confirm the shipment/delivery by Phone call from the office of the chosen courier company.
5. For any unfortunate shipment/delivery delays by Courier Company yellowfactor would be not responsible.

How to bid:

1. Buyer/Investor must provide a picture for a replica project or instructions for an original art work.



2. The buyer/investor and bidders must provide his/her phone number, postal address, functional email ID and Skype or MSN or Yahoo ID for online Text chat and voice conversation.



3. Buyer/Investor will contact@yellowfactor.com with subject = “Biding Project”.



4. A page will b created for the buyer/investor where he can monitor bids and bidder portfolios.



5. Buyer/Investor will select artist (bidder) on their lowest bid or portfolio credibility.



6. The bidders must have an online portfolio with yellowfactor network. Yellowfactor will confirm that the work shown in any portfolios really belongs to the person who has made up a portfolio with us.
